Our mission is to empower people by providing a balanced, non-competitive framework for self-development that will increase their self-esteem and enhance their capacity to achieve in whatever context they find themselves: enabling them to become responsible active citizens within their communities.

Vision : To empower marginalised communities in the rural areas of Kwa Zulu Natal ,South Africa with Sustainable development project.

Winter Blanket Drive

To see happy faces and the impact this blanket drive has on the community is amazing, I wonder if the people find more comfort in seeing other people in the world actually do care for them and that they are important, than they do for the blankets and the warmth thereof.

Every year we embark on a two month campaign to raise public awareness, who don’t have proper houses and suffer from the cold as we head into the winter months. With the main aim collect as many blankets as possible and redistribute them before winter sets in. We distribute +/- 2000 blankets in and Pietermaritzburg area.

 

Underprivileged Children”s Christmas Parties

For the last 5 year we hosted a Christmas Party for under privilege children in the poorest areas in Pietermaritzburg area. We catered for 2000 children. On the day of the party each child receives a toy ,a meal, and a fun day of entertainment

Tours for Underprivileged Children and Handicap Children  

Every year we embark on put smiles on about 100 under privilege children and a of 100 Handicap children by taking them on an outing in to Durban.

 

Women Empowerment Programs 

We have a 6 day Women’s Empowerment workshop. This workshop is similar to the BWS Workshop for the youth. The women that come on this workshop is also equipped with skills, so it can help them to sustain an income for their family and themselves.

 

Feeding Projects

We do many feeding projects though out  the year.

 

SEWING PROJECT IN THE RURAL AREA

Our work in the rural area has been now for the past five years and to develop sustainable project for the people. Some of them sewing projects ,gardening , After care schools and etc.
